Log each time the drawing was submitted, with its date and the result. Each submission is one round of work, costed in its own month.
Employees
Upload the staff list so Drawing by / Checked by / Approved by become dropdowns of initials, filtered by discipline & role. Reports and filters show the full name. Columns: Name, Initial, Discipline, Role (Role = Drawing / Checking / Approval).
